  1. I'm going to be honest so you know what to work on, but I didn't find any of them spectacular. Kyoto path has the most potential but it seems like you didn't use a tripod, or maybe you did, but it still lacked the symmetry that appeals to my eyes. Although symmetry isn't always important, this one is too lopsided. One of the key elements to taking good pictures is having the camera leveled. I think the lighting could have been better too. Lighting is important and a good photographer would wait for the sun or choose an angle that exploits the light. It looks more like you just take out your camera and take pictures of what appeals to you, but not really from an artistic point of view, but more like a point and shoot. That's why I'm not really impressed right now because anyone could do that. Go to Google Images and google "kyoto path" and you'll see a big difference between some of the pictures there and yours. They've got pictures of temples and pagodas but take a look at them and how they were shot. Look at the lighting, some of them don't have much lighting but they manage to contrast the colors in a beautiful way. Also notice the camera is leveled. When it comes to taking pictures, lighting is like the most important thing or one of the most. There's a painter by the name of Claude Monet who painted the same church like 16 times, all at different times of the day, different lighting brings out different colors.
  2. My eyes soaked red, my heart bruised blue, These words can't sum the pain left by you. Dropped by the world, that which was you, disabled it left me, my time was due. With nothing to turn to, nothing to lose, I welcomed the Devil, all Hell broke loose. In my recluse, I found but one friend, substance abuse, I was nearing my end. I threw myself into Pandora's box, who would've known that this place had locks. The days felt like years, but all in my head, the world didn't care, time goes on instead. Trapped in this box, the prison of my mind, my vision of the world is that of the blind. Monsters and demons eating away at my soul, At this point, there's no way that I may ever feel whole. If my life were a train, this must be the end, the tracks had two paths, I chose the dead end. Years gone by, I was still stuck in the past, but now I'm breaking through that nightmarish vast. I can finally see the sky that is blue, the dark clouds are fading, and so did my desire for you. Decided to write this poem on a whim. I can't even remember the last time I ever wrote or read a poem. I'm just trying new avenues to express myself and gauge my abilities to poetry. I really don't know what possessed me to even write this, I really don't know. Anyhow, thought I'd share. I'll admit it's not a great poem, I think it's too predictable and simplistic. Now I'm really starting to wonder why did I even write this. Guess I must be pretty out of it.
  3. How did you manage that? Did someone approach you and ask? Have you been doing photography for long? What kind of camera do you have? Are there a lot of clubs where you live? Are you gonna have to edit the photos and upload them to a website or give them to the manager to upload or are you gonna manage your own website? Do you need to watermark each one? How much are you gonna get paid? Sorry for all the questions. I really wanna get into this as well. Apologies for not being able to answer your questions either, I haven't a clue.
