Day 16 NC Each day it gets easier.

DAY #9 OF NC It's been easy because I truly don't want to hear from him again, but it's been painful because I discovered a few things that he did that hurt me a lot. Family and friends have helped me a lot. I try to expend time with them. Also taking good care of me, working out and eating healthy.

Day 4 NC It's a hard day, I tried to stay busy with friends and family, but The X was in my mind a lot. He called me twice but I ignored both calls. I know he's nothing important to say, so I rather not pay mind to it.
