  1. Me and my girlfriend just broke up a week ago.. She says hi to me in school and I still kind of like her but would like to stay good friends with her. Any tips on what to talk to her about ... need help..

  3. I've been taking creatine for a month and yes... i have seen some improvement and I have been able to get in more reps when i work out.... If you are going to take drink lots and lots of water like the above posts... I noticed I was breaking out a little on creatine but thats nothing major.... But yes, creatine does work
  4. Yes, squats are one of the greatest excercises for you.. When I do squats I use a barbell and put it behind my neck using a squat rack of course.. I usually use 115 pounds and go down 10 times then wait 2 minutes and do it again for about 4 sets.. If you do this right your legs will kill you for about a week...

  6. Hello all I am new to this site and need help fast... I've been going out with this girl for about two weeks and we don't hold hands like everybody else.. we should... ( I think its because I'm too shy) Well we talk but I think I should open up more but I'm too shy. We just kissed and I don't know what I did... She just kissed but I kissed her like I was gonna make out with her... ( dont know why) and she said its only the first time why am i trying to do that... I apologized and she said it was ok.. Now it seems like she isn't interested in me much more...?? What should I do?
