    How Can I Find My Good Vibes Again?

    Dear eNotAlone: I'm feeling like I can't shake this rut I'm in lately. It's like everything I do leads to road blocks, and I can't even get excited about things that used to make me happy. It's as if something intangible is blocking my every move and dimming my optimism until it's gone. Is there any advice out there on what I should do to get back on track and find the good vibes again?

    Trying to escape from a rut and find good vibes again? Everyone experiences periods in life where things seem bleak or dark. However, it doesn't have to be that way forever. With a few easy steps, it's possible to start making small changes that can make all the difference in gaining your good vibes back.

    The first step is starting to recognize when you are feeling this negative energy and what triggers it. Once you can recognize what's causing the feeling, it'll be easier to figure out how to begin shifting your perspective. When we give ourselves enough time to heal and find our inner light, the process becomes much more natural.
