What's Your Opinion?
I am curious about what your response is because it might or might not effect people around me. If somebody around you is muscular and kinda workout freak does this affect how you act around that person? You see, I work out 5 days a week which includes running 6 miles a couple times a week. I eat extremely healthy and when I talk to my friends they always make fun of me about it in good jest. I am just anal retentive about my physique..chalk that up to low self-esteem, good health, obsessive compulsive, whatever you like but that's me. I am concerned that my strict eating habits and working out so much make my friends uncomfortable. Naturally, I am not going to change who I am but I might not give them hell if I see them eat a double stuffed oreo or giant sundae or entire pizza. A girl trainer I dated from my gym said I made her feel guilty when she broke out the Pepperidge Farm Milano Cookies. I kinda sarcastically asked her, "Do you know how much fat that has in it?

I am extremely sensitive to other people's eating habits and occasionally will make a face when I see something nasty like someone eating an entire pizza; but I am not a chronic complainer. I mean, I've got two sisters so I know how women are with food. But my point was the more I keep it quiet and don't aggravate anybody the more I think some people are just very uncomfortable being around me. I remind them of their frustration of losing weight or their bad habit of smoking or them thinking I am better or their curiosity of why I am so strict with myself and they aren't. I feel you are getting the impression I am trying to boost my ego. I am not. I need to know when you meet a "musclehead" do you feel uncomfortable?
