How to know if your pregnant

I was just wondering how you know if you are pregnant. I have been on birth control for about 3 years. I got off the pill for 1 month and then got back on it. I was back on it for 3 weeks until I was with my boyfriend. I started a week early and was on it for 11 days. That has never happened. This past week I have been really tired and my stomach has been cramping really bad. Should I be concerned?
