i dont know how else to deal with it

i only just realised today that cutting myself was the only way to deal with the anger. i have only done it twice but now every time i feel really angry or hurt thats the first thing i want to do even though i know its wrong. I told two of my friends the first time, when it wasnt such a big deal then i did it again and since then i have been really tempted. I don't know who else to deal with it. Please help.

if i were you i would just stop right now...and never cut again. i regret ever starting and now i wish i could stop. cutting is not the only way to deal with things no matter how bad they get. try not to go further down this road..b/c its not a happy one. find different ways to deal with your pain. anything that helps...as long as your not hurting yourself. dont let yourself get addicted to cutting...once you are...its really hard to stop. talk to people and try to keep your anger under control. if you need to talk you can IM me and we'll talk....good luck

I agree. cutting is not the way to deal with anger. sometimes it seems like it is but really it just makes things worse... it starts getting easier and easier and easier to cut. you'll start cutting for like the stupidest reasons. so you really should stop now. im not telling you wut to do. dont get me rong...i no how hate it wen ppl tell me to stop...its just really im hoping you do b/c youll start thinking the ONLY way to deal with anger is cutting...and its just like punch a wall or sumthing....or like a squeeze of an icecube...that could help you deal with your anger b/c you still feel the pain....but its not suicidal.

i hope you choose to stop....for your future really....it mite seem like the rite thing to do now....but then youll just dig yourself in a huge hole that is basically impossible to get out of.

When I get REALLY angry, I just do push ups, i go as fast as I can over and over and over until I feel like my head is going to blow up, If I dont collapse from that i punch the living sh!t out of my pillow and scream into it....needless to say it usually works plus gives me a work out lol

Well,i am sorry to hear thatyou have began to cut.Cutting can help but only for the moment.Also it is addicting.My advice would be to do other things to release anger.Run,write,something constructive other than cutting.I hope things work out and if you ever need to talk feel free to PM me.
