hi i just moved out; does anyone know how to cook something good?
doe anyone know how to make beef&brocoli similar to the ones at chinese retuarants that usually runs or $10-11.95?

if i'm not mistaken i believe the trick is don't use MSG but they use some sort of sauce to cook the beef in but the broccoli from what i can tell is steamed..some resturants add stuff like steamed mushrooms or bamboo shutes along with spices..Try looking around on the net or try calling a chinese resturant and asking them what all they do to cook it?
