Can anyone tell me is there any self-treatment for eating disorder?

You didnt specify what kind of eating disorder you need help with.

In any case, you need to find local support and assistance, a profesional will better help you with these kind of disorders, they have experience.

I assume you want to do it yourself because you want to keep it private maybe your afraid someone will find out.

please understand that there are people that will help you and respect your privacy, they understand what your feeling and what your needs are.

You have taken the taken the biggest steps already! by recognizing you have a problem, and reaching out for help!

Do a search for orgs, groups, in your area for your particular problem, i bet youll be surprised at the amount of help youll find. your not alone!
