Not sure what to make of this...

So as many of you may know I have been posting here the progress to breaking up (2 months ago) and healing and moving on from that.. I have been doing all the right things in getting over this and have little set backs every now and then but things seem to be getting easier in a sense.

I knew that the ex was going to be in my area on the weekend as he was doing some work with our mutual friends. Mutual friend spoke to him about some stuff to do with us (returning each others items etc) she told me that he is still a mess over the break up. 2 months post break up, his decision to end things and HE is still a mess? I'm not sure what to think of that? Perhaps I am over thinking it and being silly.

Break ups are hard on both parties...but that doesn't mean the aren't the right thing to do.

Hmm yeah, but he should be much futher forward in the healing than what I should be! If he didn't have the same feelings, it would have been a given wouldn't it?

True, I still find it very odd. I guess people act / respond differently to decisions they make. I tend to make them and move on in a sense.

He's dealing with this AND a divorce.
