I have to go to apointment psychologist within 2 or 3 hours. I need to find a subject.

Anyone a suggestion or advice how to decide ? He asked me to think about a subject where we could talk about.

Precisely. He asked you to think of a subject, because he wants to know what subjects are on your mind. Not on mine.

It's not that easy to decide as you probably think.
It needs to fill a whole hour and I need to be prepared and I don't really know anything I feel like needing to talk about. Except unfair things like lost all my money due to mistakes and bad health care and having kind of trauma's of being very ill.

When you go in, you are supposed to talk about whatever is on YOUR mind. It is not something you prepare for. You go in and you talk about anything and everything. Maybe you should talk about the fact that you posted her asking about what you should talk about and how that made you feel.

No not to exclude it but to INCLUDE it I think your mistakes bad health care etc would be an excellent place to start. These things have impacted on your life and affected you. So I meant yes!! talk about them and your feelings associated with all of these events. remember your psychologist does not sit there in a chair with a pen in his mouth..They interact, ask lots of questions, talk with you..etc..so relax...they will ensure you feel comfortable and at ease this is a necessity for them to gain your trust and confidence in them.

Yes, that's the thing that makes it difficult. That he told me to prepare and select a subject in advance.

We (psychologist and I) already mentioned almost all the possible subjects (he let me mention them and I asked for examples as soon as I ran out of ideas). He immediately reacted already that they can't mean anything to me about my health cases nor financial things.

Just pick one of those things (money, bad health, trauma)
& go with the flow, dont be concered with it taking an hour, as you may not think you could talk on just one of those things for that amount of time but im sure he/she will give you lots of questions to bounce back your ideas/feelings from
Good luck x
