Arrow anyone know of some pain relief?

specific pain like, joint,muscle and especially tendonitis relief??? I know heat and ice are good. but anyone know of any good relief?

Was reading a book a while back that was talking about pain relief. It had some interesting illustrations regarding pressure points on your feet that would relieve pain just about anywhere on your body. Can't remember the Author or title of the book. You night try looking this topic up on the net.

I think Robax platinum is pretty good, because it's a muscle relaxant combined with a mild dose of ibuprofen. I used to get tendinitis pretty bad and muscle relaxants seem to help a lot.
