Weight loss...my road to success! :)

After being unsuccessful at losing weight, I joined Nutrisystem. I just wanted to share my excitement. I have lost 29lbs and have been on the program for 2months.

I posted back here earlier this year that I tried a healthy diet. Apparently what I had thought was healthy did not work and I kept gaining weight.

I was very sad and frustrated. Family and friends kept making comments about how I was overweight.

I saw the ad about Nutrisystem and decided to join. I was skeptical but others had success. Here I am 29lbs thinner and halfway to my goal.

Here's my before and after clothes pictures:

I thought I would share this story because I couldn't really find my answers anywhere about the program. You always feel full (I worried about being hungry, which wasn't the case), I have lowered my blood pressure significantly, and I have no migraines!! The food is healthy, some foods are better than others, but I custom order only the foods I want. If you want more information on the program or weight loss in general, I like helping other ena members out, so you can PM me.

Just wanted to share my happiness on making myself healthy again. It's been a struggle this whole year, but I am making the necessary changes.

Out of curiosity how much do you spend on the food per month? Or week however it is broken up.
