Healthy skin tips anyone?

I saw a pic of me only 8 months ago, and my skin looked much better than now. Any tips on how to help make my skin look better? i exfoliate once a week, and use loreal moisturizer. I used to use dermalogica but, its expensive and couldnt afford it.

Drink lots of water, cut down on sugary drinks/food. How do you wash your face? I use a light foam cleanser that also moisturizes, I've found it really helps.

This may not apply, but I've found that when I get fewer hours of sleep my face tends to break out more. Also, stress has a lot to do with it, so it's always good to try to take it easy!

Sleep.
Exercise.
30 mins of sun.

I use a lite exfoliate every night (Neutrogena something...it smells like grapefruit) and use my hands rub my face in the shower every morning.

Crabtree and Evelyn glycerine rosewater soap. It's done wonders for my complexion (I used to have horrible skin)

No that's not how you express love! You express your love by calling her a dirty little ***** and slapping her in the face with your penis!

yuck, i loathe salmon. Maybe a supplement would help. The exfoliater is good. Got it from an facialist a while back.
