Wonderful Update regarding my last post about my 3 year old.

I did decide to send her with her father (he is a good father and she is just as attached to him as she is to me) and so far so good. He and I also confirmed terms on email as well and he also gave me permission to tape record him on the phone regarding our terms with me letting him be with her for the summer while I get myself out of this rut. So far he has called me every morning and every night before she goes to bed. He fills me in on her day and all. He also sends me photos of her on my email with her playing on the play grounds and smiling and her having a tea party with her new daycare friends.

I feel so much better about this. In August I'll move to be with her. She sounds happy and is in a really nice daycare. She also says to me on the phone "dadda said you will be here in few months" I said "I will work two jobs to get to you".

I think i made the right choice and that he is not trying to take my little girl from me. She was very happy on the phone. In our email we agreed that this is only a three month period in which I will be in Cali by than. In the tape recorded version he states that this is in no way an attempt to take custody and that she needs both parents in her life. I felt wonderful when he said that. He also said he was looking forward to us both being in the same state.

I am glad he is playing fair. Get to her as soon as you can. Right now it seems like a holiday to her but soon it won't. As a child that had to live without their mother for extended periods it is very hard and one does not forget that. I am glad he is being loving to her and letting her talk to you etc.

Thank you. I plan on flying to see her on Mothers day. I am hoping to have a good paycheck by than, and fly out that weekend. I just want to hold her and kiss her. I just got off the phone with her as a matter of a fact. She sounded very happy and told me "mama, I'm sleepy and I'm peeing and poo poo in potty" lol. I told her "yayyyyyy and clapped really loud" I could almost her her smile on the phone.

I told her I wanted to kiss her and hug her and that I will be with her the fastest I can. I told her "mama loves you baby" and she kept saying "I love you too mama" "dada kissed me too mama, he says i'm a princess".

We also did our usual..."The phone is ringing, theres and animal in trouble..theres and animal in trouble, wonder pets wonder pets we're on our way, to save a baby animal and save the day, we're not to big..." its a Cartoon called wonderpets she just loves that. Her dads in the background trying to sing it too. Very funny. She says "no dada that not it! I feel at peace tonight. I miss her and i'm sad..but I wont allow myself to not focus on the big picture...getting back to her!
