Gymnastics

I'm thinking about taking some gymnastics classes. but i have no idea what to expect or what it consists of.
anyone care to throw some info in the knowledge pot that i'm holding out like a dirty old hobo? ... but not too dirty. i take baths

Haha..I can do a cartwheel,a roundoff, a backbend and I'm over 30!!!!

I think its my calling. We had a hanging metal bar in my basement as a kid and I used to rock it!

I was a gymnast for years. I know you can take adult gymnastics classes. It's just another form of exercise. Nothing to be embarrassed about. You won't be doing somersaults in the first week, but it's a lot of fun. It's a great way to get strong and graceful at the same time.
