I had to check the back of my vitamin bottle. I'm taking these new multi-vitamin. They're called "Women's Ultra Mega Heart"....Made by GNC. I buy my vitamins from GNC. Rite-aid carries them. They cost $20. 90 capsules come in each bottle and I have to take 3 per day...all at once. They're pretty good. I have to take vitamins everyday or my menstrual cycle will be irregular.?? don't really know why. good question to ask though? Maybe soemoen knows??

No clue. I suffer from an eating disorder but I'm battling back, my calories rarely ever reach over 1000, I eat quite a lot of healthy foods though, so I s'pose that's one good thing here.

Yeah, I forgot to specify - this doesn't include vitamins. Only what you EAT (as it is a lot better than taking a vitamin).
