Question Books for anxiety issues????

My friend reccomended " The feeling good Handbook" By Dr. David Burns.

My issue is anxiety. I have been okay today because the guy I am seeing contacted me. But he is going away later this month so I wont even say what that will do to me. I will be worried the entire time. I am good some days, and feeling great, trust him, etc. Then, the next day or hours later I am getting anxious again. Then all the things he said/did that made me feel secure will be forgotten. Although, deep inside I know he is a good guy, trustworthy, etc.

Yes, "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" is helping me too. You should be able to find it in most bookstores/online stores.
