I'm too angry, and its bad...

I always get told I'm too angry, and I get too worked up about the smallest thing...how do i stop? lol I agree with them, but I just dont know how to change it?

Learn and practice patience.... in real life scenarios... decide to not make it such a big deal. It won't be easy... but it's the best answer. You have to change your mind before you can change your actions. That doesn't mean just read and read and read and understand how to deal with anger, you must put it into practice in everyday situations and eventually you will begin to catch yourself... it'll take time, a lot of time... but don't give up.

I would start by examining WHY certain things make you angry. I assume that you mean you get angry out of proportion to the stimulus?

yeah, i realise i get too angry about the smallest thing, especially when it seems, even if its not, that people are judging me...?

Ok, then ask yourself why you care that people are judging you? When others judge you, it says that THEY are people who have the need to judge. It says nothing at all about you.
