Weight Loss Diet Plans??

Hi Everyone!

I am attemtping to get a bikini body by June and have to lose about 20 lbs to do so. Ha! I was wondering if any of you know of any effective diet plans that are somewhat strict and will kick my butt into gear.

I already work out about 4 times a week. I go to Turbo Kick Boxing and spinning classes. When I am not in classes, I work out on the eliptical machine about 45 mins a day.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Fish and flax oil help a great deal also.

Sounds weird to be downing fats but they have helped me pretty much eat whatever I want and stay the same/lose weight.

Thanks Dubb! Have you used it? If so, did you see really good results? Or, have you just heard that it is effective?

The only diet that works: go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and sign up. Answer a few questions and it'll tell you how many Calories a day you are allowed to eat. Then use the site to figure out how many Calories there are in all the foods you actually eat. As long as you don't exceed the number allowed, you'll lose weight.

Every other working diet is just a variation of that. Sometimes they'll tell you to cut out specific high-calorie foods, but it doesn't really matter which foods you cut out, as long as you cut out enough calories. Ie: not eating 500 calories worth of carbs is the same as not eating 500 calories worth of protein.

Lush - I will definitely look into those. i have heard about them before. But I definitely need a serious plan to help me with my terrible eating habits. Lol. I want to lose 20 lbs. So, I need something that is pretty effective. I also like plans that are a little strict. I tend to stick them better.

South Beach is delicious. It is still a diet so there are rules, if that's what you need. But basically fiber and protein is the way to go.

If you want to get all extreme you could look into ketosis: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Lush - Wow, the whole ketosis thing sounds like it for serious body builders. Lol. Have you tried it before?

Yes I have tried it before, only for a few days, I like bread too much.

It is pretty hard to do. Basically meat and cheese and under 10 carbs a day of veggies.

Verrrry little fiber so...

Yeah, it's kind of for when you're getting desperate or if you're just hardcore.
