Spring Sickness

I remember doing this before. Last year at the very same time.

I'm having intermittant sickness spells again. They strike at any time of day, usually after i have been up for a little while. say 4 hours or so into the day.
Its like a general dizziness feeling, nausea. Last year i remember some spells were worse than others, and i felt like i had to vomit, even pulled the trashcan out once. But never vomited.

I dont know if its because of the weather changing, pollen, i have no clue.
Could it be mild flu? i dunno.

Thoughts?

Is there a bun in the oven?
It could be the pressure changes affecting your inner ear. I can't wait for spring! I have had enough of the cold cloudy days already.

Try a decongestant to see if it helps.

maybe try a gatorade here and there. you might be missing some electrolytes and your body thinks it's dehydrated.

You went through something similar last year with everyone thinking you were pregnant. Do they occur more frequently at certain locations like work?
