Clean bill of health, finally!
Been on my new diet for awhile, and had the Drs. appointment today!
BP....Perfect! Weight...back to my ideal! I gained another 2. Cyst removal....all healed. Cholesterol...excellent! All that oatmeal and Cheerios did it. Blood work is 100% good! No appts. for 6 months! YAY!
