Those little bumps on your arms...

Those little bumps on your arms...Especially on the under part of you upper arm.
How the heck do you get rid of them?!?!? They really bug me. My skin's pretty nice everywhere else, so I'm really annoyed at them!

My son has those as well. We have tried different kinds of soap which helped a little. His doctor said it is no big deal but we keep an eye on them. Try using a a different type of soap for a month and see if they go down any at all.

Regular (twice a week) exfoliation will make them go away. Body scrubs work great for this. I had the idea all on my own from seeing people in the gym that had them (for some reason I never have) and I suggested it and it worked on every person so far.

Yeah, I work out. I hope that's what they are.
I normally use a loofa and Dove's Cool Moisturizer or Nuetragena's pink grapefruit stuff. Mmm, pink grapefruit...lol.
I'll try Aveeno and a body scrub.
Thank you thank you thank you!

Already take the omega 3 supplements, along with a multi-vit, b6, calcium, vit c, and an iron supplement (borderline anemic). And I drink 64 oz to 84 oz of water daily...I take a med that can cause kidney failure if I don't.

I have them... they are annoying... its a type of eczema. I don't have them anywhere else. Keep them well moisturized helps... I've used a lotion that you can have a pharmacist order but its not perscription.... the name escapes me but started with an A?

It's called "keratosis pilaris" (KP). Google search it and you'll find tons of information. No cure sorry to say, but there are various remedies that can lessen them.

I had those..never knew they had a name. Coincidentally using a loofah with body wash took care of them.
