I'm so depressed, <insert punchline here>.

Just to be clear, there's nothing funny about depression, in and of itself. I've had it seriously in the past, and am dealing with it off and on now. I have friends who have very real issues with it. It can be a seriously debilitating illness that can suck virtually any quality of life from a person.

For that very reason, I think it's important to maintain a sense of humor about it. I believe that retaining the ability to laugh about something can be a powerful tool of empowerment over it.

So in that spirit, I'd like to start a thread of "I'm so depressed..." one-liners. If you've got one (or more) to add, please jump in and do so. I'll kick it off.

I'm so depressed...
