The pill, or just my body?
According to my pill pack, I'm supposed to get my pill between next Weds and Friday. I always get it at the last few.
Except later on today, I've noticed getting a little moody, and cramps already. Why is it whenever I'm about to start my period, I notice the side affects not just a few days before, but up to 1.5 WEEKS before. Is that just me? My boobs usualy get bigger/more sore 1.5 weeks before and when it gets down to a week before that's when my apppetite increases (sometimes) I get VERY moody, and I get cramps or bloating. Is this normal to be getting period symptoms not soon before your period? |

Really? wow.
But doesn't that seem a bit long? That means a women that gets early symptoms may only have 1.5 weeks of peace until her period symptoms start messing with her

Symptoms such as headache, pain, bloating, swelling, and much much more during a menstrual cycle is very, very common. If you're concerned, you should speak with your primary care physician. It's probably just pre-cycle bloat...

Well I suppose I don't have HORRIBLE cramps. I don't even get them everyday. They just come and go in spurts, and Im like "Oh I can feel it coming"
Last week I had a series of bad headaches, having to take medicine everyday. But I found that unusual because that was like 2 weeks before my period, and I don't usualy get headaches when I'm on my period. I do get some IBS while I'm on it though, and I've been dealing with that now. |

And I could have PMDD.
But I mean, I'm on Lexapro for anxiety and I know a few people that take itr for PMDD so that should help I hope. I haven't noticed any severe affetcs being on my period, just bad cramping and I'm more emotional. I'm not crazy, just mood swings, and it;s ALOT easier to make me cry. Wasn't hard before, lol I'm emotional. I just get REALLY sensitive and touchy on my period. |

usually im not one to get alot of pain during my period so it was strange. the "signs" could also be in your mind (that your appetite has increased, etc) or maybe you just burned alot of calories and got hungry.
