Could you help define sagging? I use Regenerist eye treatment twice a day and it's good for me (I'm 38, no sagging). If you've lost too much fat in the skin, you might want to talk to a dermatologist. Sometimes they have stuff that helps. If not, you're looking at a plastic surgeon for something like threadlift (if they do that on the eyes).

This all comes from me reading the literature at the dermatologist's office when in for my annual check up, LOL

There are a number of options. Surgery is one of them. Preventing is easier than treating. Using a good quality eye cream is essential.

Don't think Botox is for the upper eye - that's more for reducing areas where you cause wrinkles by moving the skin through expressions.

Saggy eyes come from the inevitable loss of collagen and fat from the skin as we age.

I had my eyes "done" when I was two years older than you. My mom, who is 30 years older than me had hers done the same year as I did. Insurance paid for hers, I paid for mine. I figured, if because of heredity I am going to have to have them done anyway, why not now so I can look better for the twenty years between 40 and 60 instead of the twenty years between 70 and 90? Having your eyes "done" is plastic surgery, btw.

Really nothing.

Much of how we age is genetic.

Eye surgery is done on an outpatient basis these days, and I think thats your best option.

Thanks for all your advice.
At the moment it is something that only eye see when i'm using a magnifying glass to pluck my eyebrows or when I'm looking specifically for it in a mirror. i think it is worse when I'm tired. It is hard to describe. I havealways had eyelids that are sort of slightly sunk into the skin above my eye. What I have noticed recently is that, that fresh has faint lines in it, like the beginnings of wrinkles.
I once read that you shouldn't put eye cream there and I wonder did I cause damage by doing that. I just wonder what is the most effective preventetive treatment?
