Trouble sleeping.

I got this aching pain in my chest when I try to sleep and I feel sad..

does anyone else have this problem ? I can't sleep at night time, last night I was awake till 5am, got up at 10 am and am now tired but I have the pain in my chest which will stop me from sleeping.

I have a can of beer, about a can of port and two glasses of wine I could drink or I could go and buy a slab of beer and see if that helps.

Or I could go for a run but I feel weak and drained so I cannot be bothered running...

any advice ?

Do you eat a late dinner usually, or eat right before bed?

I know you have a high stress job. But still, sleep is so important. Do you think you should be checked by a doctor?

Try a breathing meditation when you first lie down. When I do it, I have trouble staying awake.
