exercise video!

anyone recommend a good cardio video
like aerobics type of thing?
i jus tdont feel like going to the gym on my cardio days

I use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. It's a program on your PC (or game console), it figures out where you are physically and then it makes a program for you to work out to. It's pretty good, sometimes the exercises get repetitive, but the program does make an effort to change it up a bit, so it's not the same thing over and over and over again.
