Anyone know some decent exercises for the bottom of the stomach?

The top of it is starting to get really firm but the bottom isn't as tight as I want it..

Anyone know some exercises I can add in to my daily routine?

They say the stomach is built in the kitchen. Belly fat is what you eat, now what exercises you do for them.
You can do 1000 crunches a day but if you eat bad, you'll always have belly fat

Lay on the sit up bench with your legs hanging off the end. Hold them straight out, then lower and raise them. Low as you can go, then up til you look like an L laying there. For an extra punch, when you get to the L postition raise your bum up off the bench using your stomach muscles with your legs above you. Ouch ouch ouch...works works works!!

sounds good..thankyou everyone..

And summerpeach, I eat very well I eat tons of fruit and veg daily and lots of nuts and seeds, carbs in moderation etc. I get as much protein as a vegetarian can get. But without exercise those bits just don't get as hard as you want them! I think it's a healthy combination

Thanks again everyone
