Is there a standard of normality for everybody in society? And how does one achieve it?

Well, is there a standard of normality in society, and how exactly does one achieve it?

I think you need to clarify your question.

Depends on who is doing the defining...and what they're defining -- behavior? income? manner of dress? number of fingers and toes?

I'm just wondering why someone would aspire to "normal"...which in some definitions equates to "average." Do you believe you're not better than that?

The most interesting people I've met all have something(s) very not-normal about them. It's exactly what makes them interesting and worth knowing.

Normal in terms of what society thinks.

Different parts of society have different standards. Whose standards you feel represents society?

When someone gives a genuine response and you say "Nonsense", what standard of behaviour do you think this shows?

Is this the sort of standard you are wanting to achieve? I suggest starting where you are - with observing the results of your own standards - the consequence of them.
