kegel exercises
Ok, I am looking to try out some kegel exercises. The first step is to locate my PC muscles. I have looked up tons of online guides, but none of them actually tell me hoe I know I have found them, like what I should feel to know I found it. The current guide I am trying to work with is from askmen.com it is
"The easiest way to find them is to stop your flow of urine next time you go to the bathroom. Another way to isolate them is to put your finger inside your anus; when you contract the right muscles, your anus will tighten. However you decide to find them, once they are found you need to practice feeling exactly where they are located -- it is easy to overcompensate for weak muscles by using the abdominals, buttocks or thighs. These must all stay relaxed when doing Kegel exercises for men." But like I said, it does not say what I should feel to know I have found it. So maybe someone who has tried this can tell me? |

Now, I am sure that i am wrong, but I thought these were for women???
Maybe there are some exercises men can do? Whole new world...

Ok, well then..... I'm a female but maybe I might be able to help. I dunno... Have you ever needed to pee really really badly that you're struggling to hold it in? That's your kegal muscles.

Kegel is both for women and men. Your pc muscle basically holds everything down south in place and it extends from your tailbone to your pubic bone. Its major function is the control of urine flow. Men with good pc muscle can usually hold their erection longer.
So men, tighten up! |

Overall I am very satisfied with my own performance, but if I can make it better then I want to obviously! |
