Can anyone advise????

Was wondering if anyone could advise on the following....my partner has developed a few hard, red lumps under his skin - on the back of his neck, his chest, face and groin areas. They are very hard to touch and dont seem to move. I have been looking around on forums but cant seem to pinpoint what they could be!! Could they be cancer???? im very worried!!!!

He should go and get it checked out by a doctor or dermatologist. They'd be the only ones qualified to diagnos what he has. It could be any number of things, an allergy or skin condition, even be the soap or laundry detergent he's using could cause it, but I don't think it sounds like any form of cancer. Probably a prescription cream will clear it right up. Our minds always tend to go to the worst case scenario
