another panic attack

Last thing I ate was nine in the evening so five and a half hours ago. I am imagining I could have/get a allergic reaction (I'm allergic to walnut, can cause dead to me).
I expect it's even a fact that it's impossible after so many/this number of hours (not sure though)
Guess it's just hyperventilating combined with fear
But since I walked to the emergency about two weeks ago, after finding out I ate several pieces of walnut and they gave me a cortison injection it's like I'm a bit obcessed about it (contolling labels on food I buy in supermarket to see allergic info/if nuts are used in same fabric) which is - I personally think - not on unrealistic fear (and I planned to make an appointment with someone who can test exactly where I'm allergic for and the gradation)

I think it is normal for you to be a little obsessed with it - you could die from an allergic reaction. Did they give you any warning signals to look for in case of a reaction? Are you experiencing anything other than hyperventilating?

If in doubt, go straight to the ER or at least have a friend come over so they can keep an eye on you.

I'm afraid about things to happen with my breath in general.
Perhaps sounds strange/chocking/informal but just masturbate a bit as an attempt to relax and feel better and guess there are no signals
BTW I live 1,5 street from the hospital.
I think I know the symptoms good enough and they needn't appear all if it's in case.
Even just the idea 'night' is one of the things that scare me last time
b/c the idea it's still quite long time to go until more people on the street (and when it's dark I'm almost too scared to go outside alone b/c often happens strangers start following me) and things (shops etc.) are opened

it's almost four o'clock here, luckily I would feel less and less worried the further the time is passing by
I try to look forward to things like the later in the morning it is the more cars will drive by for case something happens I can ask for a lift and the lighter it is outside the more able I find myself to go outside (and eventually wait outside near the hospital) if I feel like feeling too worried
