What does it mean if someone comments on your physical shape by saying its "thick"? Is it a compliment?

If the person who said it was using hip hop talk then it was a compliment. It probably meant you had a nice curvy figure.

It means you're not a stick figure, but you're not fat either. You've got nice padded curves. It's not a compliment, but not an insult either, just a description. However, if it was a horny male teenager who likes thick women, then it was a compliment.
