Ooooh chocolate would REALLY help right now!!!! I have been craving it for DAYS!

I haven't really found my healers yet

I have lost a fair bit of weight though! At least something positive came out of this! lol

But tonight I think I'm gonna do something really bad....going to spend a LOT of money I don't have and go on an online make up/beauty product/maybe some clothes splurge. Just to lift my spirits a little.

Also trying to get into a good exercise regime and want to get my diet fixed....I'm eating so irregularly.

Mmm chocolate craving!

Well I haven't bought ANYTHING for myself in the last month! And I haven't been taking care of myself appearance wise at all...feel so bedraggled! So now I think I shall buy some things for pretty-ing-up-ness........and some wine and chocolate would be soooooo good this evening! Though I'm a total lightweight!

Exercise

The Great Outdoors (preferably with my camera!)

Spending time with people who accept me for who I am and whose friendship and love is unconditional.

Yeah...adding the great outdoors to exercise exponentially increases its power of healing, IMHO
