pre-natal vitamins

Alrighty...so I was wondering if anyone out there has been on pre-natal vitamins when they were NOT pregnant. My hair falls out and I was told the these vitamins do WONDERS for that sort of thing. I am however afraid of getting too much of something..for example--iron. Anyone help me out?

Thanks!

I think having too much iron is a fair worry. I would consult with the doctor - perhaps you can take just the vitamin that makes hair healthier without the rest.

I have heard of many people doing this. Don't take it now though, wait until you talk to your doctor first.
