Chantix side effects? Anyone?

2nd day of using it...fatigued, nauseous, little bit of light headedness.
Anyone else have this, and what did you do?
TIA>>>KG

I've heard it is an infrequent side effect.

Have you spoken to your doctor?

Edit: Actually i've heard this drug can cause violent outbursts.

I do think the violent outbursts have been down to a few....i suspect people who already have some latent mental condition are the most prone.

KG the symptoms you mention i have heard are consistent with the drug but they taper off as you get used to it.

Think of it like this - what is worse...a few weeks of fatigue and nausea or lung cancer in a few years or walking around with an oxygen tank in tow for the rest of your life?

That puts it into perspective for most folks....

Do you take it with food? That seems to help with the nausea, I think that the side affects will probably go away but talk to your doctor, maybe a smaller dose would be more suited for you.
