Red face Heath, premature aging

Hi everyone I'm just 22 and have alot of lines or crow feet already on my face around my eyes. I started notice this when i was 20. My skin is pretty bad I was wondering if i am prematurely aging because no one I see my age has these problems yet, maybe Im wrong though. Anyway any ideas on what maybe causing this. I have had problems with constipation for as long as i can remember, can that contribute. Are these lines premature for my age?

do you spend a lot of time in the sun w/o spf or go tanning... cause that will do it.

In my case, the women in my family aged very quickly. My mother is 64 but looks like she is in her 70's. A lot of times it could be genetic.....

Since I already know what lies ahead for me, I am doing everything I can to keep my skin looking somewhat youthful.....

You should always wear sunblock on your face when you go out, moisturize...
There are lots of products on the market today to help fight aging... I know, I have em' all in my bathroom. LOL

Well I started a thread about aging/skin just a few days ago. And have been looking into it.
Basicly a few things can contribute to aging quicker:
-drinking alot of alcohol.
-not enough water everyday.
-sun ! (use moisturizer with built in sunblock every day)
-unhealthy diet with high fat.
-smoking especially.
-dry skin. (use moisturizer every day before bed as well if you can. No it's not "fruity".)
-sleeping on your face. Best to sleep facing up b/c the whole day your standing up so while your asleep it gives it a chance to "reverse gravities effects" somewhat...
-over stress.

Not sure if constipation contributes but I do know if you stay "regular" it usually means:
-your getting excersize, and
-your eating a healthy diet (high fiber not too much fat) and
-getting your 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Those are the key factors to preventing constipation. I would know lol. I suffered too.

If you don't have frequent bowel movements it will effect other organs over time if you get "backed up" and also will make your skin look dul, etc due to you not ridding toxins from the body.

Yea..^^^ cut out the processed foods, sugary cakes, desserts, etc.
Replace it with as much fruit as possible, veggies and water. Try and get alot of fiber in which will keep you regular and less constipated along with water.

Your young so you got time to fix your habits.
Take small steps every day and build up.

Like replacing pizza's and stuff with a bean burrito (home made with beans for fiber, tomatoes, onions, etc and sour cream) for instance. And eating home made stuff as much as possible.
