when a man says no

"When a man says no, it's the end of the discussion. When a woman says no, it's the beginning of a negotiation."

...What is your opinion on this statement?

I saw it on the Oprah Winfrey show today, and all the women in the audience were like "yeah" and nodding.

I wonder if ENA women find it true for their relationships.

It's catchy isn't it. I don't think it has any real basis.

Sexist rubbish with a basis in the old idea that a mans word is final, but a woman doesn't really know her own mind.

Possible that the originator of it never met me.

I agree.

Sometimes when i say no it means CONVO over. If i say "no" and interject a point then it is still a debate.
