It really irritating...

Yes, it's pretty normal to feel pain with your wisdom teeth. Take paracetamol and ibuprofen together every four hours to help with the pain.

Do you go to the dentist regularly?

Yeah I saw him last week, he didn't mention anything about pain though... Stupid NHS dentists can only be arsed to give you advice if you're paying privately

Heck yes you better believe that's normal! Oh gosh ... when my first wisdom tooth came in ... I must say it's one of the most painful things I have ever endured!!!

For now, until you get the tooth pulled (if you choose to, which i highly reccommend) go to a drug store and buy some anbesol. It will numb it ... very well might I add.

Here is my post about my wisdom tooth:

I don't think I can get them pulled though, because he will only remove them if they are in the way, and there is plenty of room for them. It sucks that this is only my first and I have 3 more to go

It's like teething for the second time. For some it is painful, for some it is not.
Might be an idea to get them pulled as it can cause some serious crowding in your mouth and push your other teeth all over the place.

Well, they may stop hurting if they're not all the way in yet. Depends on if they're impacted, etc.

Ooo that sucks. I just went to the dentist and said get this sucker out! And they did. Im not sure if it mattered if there was room for them or not.

I have three more to go to, im dreading it. But getting it pulled was the best thing I ever did! I hope you get the chance to!

But until then ... I suggest the anbesol

If I did all three, then it would have to be surgical because they aren't even out yet. Im not really down for that
