Exercise

What is that one exercise that you can't live without and you can't wait doing? The one where you put the most energy into it!

Mine would be kickboxing and pilates.

I'm not a meathead by any means. But I really enjoy lifting weights - especially about 30 minutes into it and the hormones kick in.

I find it is a great way to channel/dispense anger and really evens me out. And I'm actually looking into taking yoga (Ashtanga and/or Anusara) to balance things out.

Cardio, I love cardio. About and hour and a half every day, or at least an hour.

And I love working my legs, esp my thighs. I love feeling the burn.

I could live without exercise and happily be a potato couch, BUT, I acknowledge that I don't want to look like a big potato and like feeling fitter, so I exercise.

Running, mountain biking and yoga. Running is probably number one right now, but I generally switch my number one between running and biking from time to time as the seasons change and as my mood fits (if I get more bored of one for a while, the other is favoured).

Sorry can't pick one! I run 5-6 days a week (usually around an hour each time) and ride 4-5 days a week, and yoga everyday. Yes, this means I often am doing more than one each day.

I DO love mixing it up though - going out paddling, hiking, throwing in an adventure race here and there.....I am a big fan of "variety" but I have the main components.

Being outside is a BIG thing for me though...I am not fond of running on the treadmill for example...LOVE to be outside and even better - on the trails.

totaly agree with this one. I run and bike and they give a nice burn. weights make me feel like I am on top of the world. benching, then the punching bag and I feel no pain.

Yoga.

It makes doing the cardio and weights workouts more palatable to me, relaxes me and quiets my mind.

Also, I tend to be able to see/notice more progress with Yoga than other forms of exercise.
