I have serious back pain

Hi friend, I have serious back pain and stupid doctors are not sure after doing all the diagnosis about what exactly happened. I have no reason to go to a doctor because the pain isn’t constant. Sometime it’s there and sometime it isn’t, but whenever it comes it hurts a lot. And when the pain is bad and I take an ibprofen, it makes it feel better but the pain is still there. So what do you think? What is the reason behind this pain?

You think you are going to get better answers on an internet forum than from licensed medical professionals who have performed diagnostic testing on you?

You just might. The number one cause of lower back pain is tight hamstrings. Try doing some toe touch stretches. Do NOT bounce. Just stretch to the maximum length and hold it through the pain for 30 second if you can.

Results will be relatively fast, if not immediate relief, certainly within a week. If, of course, tight hamstrings are the problem.

Go to a spine specialists. I have random back pain, mine is from carrying equipment generally. They gave me several different kinds of meds to have and I use them depending on what pain level Im at. I start with Ibuprophin, then lortab. I use a light weight muscle relaxer as well.

Definitely go to a specialist! Get a referral, get 2 opinions. A friend of mine is seeing a doc for something similar, the only relief he's gotten is in his wallet.
But he refuses to try someone else! So he puts up with the pain!!!!
