Dreams/Nightmares

Long story short, my Ex and I are working things out. I just continue to get nightmares that set me back emotionally. Some make me have an anxiety attack.

A few nights ago there was a large hurricane I was with my friend and my mom. They helped me get in the car etc. and into safe place. I thought the hurricane was my ex.....

The worst one was last night. I had a dream my ex and I were talking, hanging out, it was great. Then she came up missing and I couldnt find her/she ran away from me. Also my uncle that I was very close to that passed away was helping me train MMA, then dissapeared as well. The feelings were so strong throughout the entire dream, I swear my heart was beating 1000x a min and had a hard time breathing when I woke up.

Feel free to share some dramatic nightmares....

I have nightmares too. I think I have them more often than your average Joe.

One nightmare I've had quite a few times is one where I'm walking down a long straight hilly road in the early morning. I'm walking towards a bridge with a noose around my neck and a cinder block tied the rope. When I get to the bridge, I climb over the side and jump. I usually wake up when I hit the water or when I'm sinking. Sometimes I wake up gasping for air. It really scares the crap out of me. Thankfully, I haven't had that dream in a while. Come to think of it, all my nightmares involve water. hmmmm....
