Exercise without gym, age and body image

Im a guy 26 yrs of age. In my apparent outlook, i seem like a bit skinny, underweight and younger than my age. Though my overall health is good. I wanted to ask if regular exercise can help me solve this problem, moreso when I want to improve my body image and that also without any gym. And also is it possible to bring these changes at this stage of my life, when they say body mostly develops in teens or early 20s?

It's not too late. Can you get some weights and do it at home? Gets some books about body building or surf the net for it
Be patient though - it takes time but it's worth it!

Absolutely. Small changes in your life can make huge differences. Is the reason of not involving a gym because of finances? If it is you can exercise in so many different ways besides a gym, start off going for walks and increase them to runs. Once you've been running for a long time you won't believe the satifaction you can gain out of a great run.

Do things that are good for your body and great fun eg. go rock climbing every once in a while, even ten pin bowling is good exercise with lifting up those heavy balls!

Start small and then increase it, trust me anyone can change their body that's the beauty of being human!

IT definetly not too late. PROTEIN! Shakes or chicken meat w/e. Make sure its not too fatty though. You wanna gain weight but the healthy weight. Eat like more than 3 times a day. But this is if you want to gain more muscle....your skinny so you need that weight to turn into to mass. Its gonna be a pain to make the healthy meals and go to the gym everyday. But for now lay off cardio but still do it maybe like 2 or 3 times a week, so you the calories you dont burn off go to muscle gain. Do stuff like chest and back one day, then legs and shoulders, biceps tris, and abs? I mean theres a LOT of mixtures but yeas...try to do abs at least twice a week...I mean everyone has their own thing so whatever you feel is best for you and your body! actually..heres a site that you can maybe do some or start working up too.

Whatever you comfortable with good lucks!
