Upsetting Dreams

I have been having alot of upsetting dreams lately where I would go to the ex's house and I would see her there with another guy & she would try to hide it from me. Or just times when I go there & she is having sex with other another guy.

There just dreams, this isn't really happening (Well i hope!).

Just wondering why? There very disturbing.

I been about a month now of very very strict NC, last time she rang was when she was drunk & she was toying with my head.

Just wondering if any one else has these? Maybe its like the brain is preparing for the worst or something??

I am having the same type of dreams...

The reason I am having them is because those are some of my thoughts I think of during the day. It really is not good for our health to think like this...it will only make us hurt. I am almost positive that these thoughts are crossing your mind during the day, so try and stop those thoughts and replace them with something more positive...that will hopefully help. Im saying this since that is exactly what my Doctor finished telling me around an hour ago. let me know if it works for you and I am going to do the same.

Good luck..I know how awefull it feels...

Well, subconciously evolution is trying to keep you from straying, but it doesn't always work out. I hope things in caveman times were way simpler.
