Butt and abs>
Can someone please tell me a way i can work my butt and abs without to much strain on my back and neck..I dont do sit ups cause it hurtsssssssssssssssssssssss.....

I don't do sit ups anymore. There are a whole bunch of moves to work your abs. I like the bicycle excersize for abs.

I have back trouble neck to tailbone, so I don't do sit-ups on the floor. I do them on the sofa, I loop my legs over the arm rest. I make sure to stretch well before hand. I got a book Stretching by Bob Anderson. I did yoga when my back was the worst, since my tailbone wouldn't tolerate being on the bike.
