Anyone tried herballife?

Thinking of buying this product to gain some weight. I feel i'm pretty underweight i have a small frame 5.2 and 7 stones. Has anyone tried this product?

Just tired of having skinny legs i don't wear skirts or dresses just jeans which sucks.

Its not going to help with your problem.

To gain weight, especially on your legs and butt you need to lift weights and eat more. I am a personal trainer and I have even the females i train with do squats and deadlifts. Besides making them strong it gives them perfect asses.You can do bodyweight squats if you can't afford a gym. Other non-gym exercises are bridges, high bridges, one leg bridges, king deadlifts, and do some full sit-ups going back slowly, one verterbre at a time.

Thank you for that information. I go gym, ususally do my body pump class where you lift weights and sometimes do my own stuff even drink whey protein drinks and i still can't gain weight. I eat 4-5 times a day small meals. Any other advice? Thanks

1)Start doing 3 sets of 6-12 reps compound lifts. If you can't squat then use a leg press machine, place your feet high and drive thru the heels (this will get your butt/posterior chain involved). Body pump class will not get you bigger after a certain time period.

2)Eat 4-5 big meals a day.
