what is that about. This man i've known for a while has really just started complimenting me and it's mostly what he likes about my personality that he has been telling me. It's not all of the time,just occasionally.and he is always really nice and talkative with me and has even just started playfully touching me. is he just being nice?

i really want him. we just click. i want to say something but i'm scared he'll turn around and say he only see's me as a kid. He is like 16 years older.

For both there is only one way to know. Say, YO! You want a drink man. If your under 21 then I think koolade is in order for you though. HAHA. Joking. Just talk with him, ask him his intentions since you like him. If you didnt like him, then just say nothing and the status quo applies unless he ups the anty..

As long as you are being warm, friendly and approachable then if he is interested in dating you and available (and that means emotionally, available despite the work situation, and comfortable with the age gap) then he will ask you out on a date. Based on your several posts about his behavior right now it is clear he is attracted to you and flirting with you. Whether he wants to date you or have a relationship with you is an entirely separate issue. Is this the same guy who asked you out and you declined?
