All I know is boobs are the first thing to go when you lose weight and the last thing to grow when you gain weight.

That's my experience anyways.

Hey Pixie-

BTR is right about breast reduction with weight loss.

Breasts are made up of fat and fibrous tissue, so with weight loss, you lose that fat and reduce size.

You could gain weight but it really depends on whether you are now at a healthy weight.

An option is birth control since it will increase breast size due to water retention.

Besides, most women I know wear padded bras, maybe try that, Victoria's Secret has some really cute add a cup bras. It's a fad now not a way to compensate for size.

Hugs, Rose

If you gain weight they will probably increase in size.

hey Rose,

i do want to gain weight as i am a bit too skinny, and always get pulled up on it!
Birth control does not work for me tho i am thinking about the injection rather than pills?
I pad my bra every day as otherwise i would not actually have boobs now/ i dont need to wear one.

DUDE HERE,
I heard that the THIGH MASTER if you use it on your upper torso, with your arms it will increase breast size plus giv you a work out.
I know this is besides the point, but some dudes, LIKE ME, like itty bitty bajumbas..

Doing exercises that work the pectoral muscles can help a little bit-they can develop the muscle behind the breast which lifts the tissue a little bit. I'm not sure if it would be effective in this case if Pixie is already very lean, and especially since Pixie's goal is to put some weight back on.

Pixie,

I hope you are feeling better these days and that the source of your stress is gone.
