For the girls- big bad PMS thread

I can't remember the answer to this- If you had a fairly stressful month, do you generally get a backlash of hormones and other PMS related issues ten-fold? Because that is sure how I'm feeling! I seriously just want to burst into tears, for no reason. I told my bf earlier to just leave me alone, give me space, etc... and he had JUST gotten home. I'd had a few hours alone to unwind from my day already. I just plain don't want to be touched or anything right now. Plus my face has completely freaked out this week, and I've been as bloated as a...balloon! Gripe gripe gripe hahaha. Seriously, I can't listen to my favorite songs without feeling like I need to have a good cry. Oh yeah, and I have been craving beef. Like crazy. I had beef for dinner yesterday, a burger for lunch today, and a steak for dinner. I figure that must be low iron levels or something, because usually I'm a chicken or fish girl. So, back to my original question. Is this true? Do you find that this happens to you? What IS up with the beef craving?

aww we should just find a corner somewhere and cry together lol. I feel SO miserable! I took a PMS pill (decided to give them a try after having bought them a few months ago) but all it's done is made me drowsy and a bit loopy...

I had this bad last week...so much crying over nothing.

I was craving cheesy bread and a sausage biscuit. lol It didn't occur to me that my random cravings were PMS.

There's a such thing as a PMS pill? Where can I get one? lol

I don't know. I found that my PMS just got worse when I got older. Hit 30/31 and started noticing extreme PMS reactions to things, and found that there was little logic to it except it hit me the Tuesday the week before menstruation. Anything around that Tuesday was a good time to not annoy me.

I think if you've had a stress build up it would make sense that you might be on a shorter fuse for a little while, and the PMS would just exacerbate it. Hope you're feeling happier soon!

I use valerian pills 7 days before my period.
Otherwise I am nuts lol

Also I want chocolate in pms.
And not any kind, but a special bio chocolate that I can get only on the other side of my town.
And I want greasy food that I don't eat at all - for example hamburger - I don't eat them at all besides one in PMS.
